Ken was so kind to rush and fix my heat before the cold snap! When the part I needed would be on order for weeks he came up with an alternative solution. His guys came out while I was at work and when I got home I had heat.He also didn't try to take advantage of me on the price. My uncle is in HVAC, so I know Ken gave me a good deal. He's an old-fashioned, honest guy, and I will call him again if I need to.

The best in town! This review was updated on June15, 2022!I just had to add this part of a new review for Ken Wall Mechanical. We suddenly had no A/C this week on Tuesday. We called Ken and he can out on Wednesday morning and fixed our AC. He is such a professional and a true Southern gentleman as another reviewer pointed out. We were told by another group that they couldn’t help us until 2 weeks away. Ken came within hours. The temperature outside has been grueling and he saved us from 80 degrees inside! Can’t say enough in favor of Ken Wall!

Ken Wall, owner, is a southern gentleman with southern charm and integrity. Ten years ago, my A/C unit stopped working in the middle of the summer! I called 3 companies: ARS, Wall Mechanical Contractors and one other. ARS and Ken Wall showed up within the same hour. The estimate from ARS was twice the price of Ken's estimate!!!Ken and his men installed a new heating and air unit and has serviced my unit ever since. When I need Ken, I send him a text message and he comes as soon as possible. I trust him totally. He is honest, trustworthy and conservative. It is so good to know that people like Ken Wall still exist in this World. Thank you Ken, for your continued support!

Ken Wall is wonderful! I had a gas leak late on a Friday night that PSNC could not fix. Ken showed up early Monday morning and got the job done quickly. I definitely appreciate him coming out so quickly.
